This Pinot Grigio has aromas of flowers and tropical fruits. Light and clean with notes of ripe apricot and white peach, hints of chamomile with a bright finish. This is a very versatile food wine – it pairs beautifully with lighter seafood dishes and also with spicy dishes. Light gold in colour with green tones, this wine has a bright floral nose with citrus aromas of grapefruit and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is fresh and has good fatness with a crisp finish. The wine is elegant and fruity with tropical notes. Food-wise this is a very versatile wine which works wonderfully with traditional fare such as roast chicken, all types of seafood and more spicy dishes such as Thai coconut curry. Pale lemon in colour, the nose displays vibrant citrus and white floral aromas. On the palate there is a lively acidity and a saline minerality on the finish. Shellfish, white fish, and warm meat salads are all great matches – a nicoise salad or pistachio crusted salmon work particularly well. Deep purple in colour, on the nose there are concentrated aromas of plum, black cherries and a hint of violet. On the palate, there are flavours of red fruit, well-balanced with soft, supple tannins. Stronger flavoured and richer foods are a great match – think steak fajitas, beef empanadas and lamb kebabs. Intense cherry red in colour with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cranberry with hints of vanilla and toffee. Ripe, fruity, silky and structured on the palate, there is a lovely long lasting balanced finish. Great with tapas, a steak and to finish a Curado Reserva (a bit like Manchego). A vibrant nose shows abundant fruit, along with chocolate and earthy notes. The palate reveals blackberries, blackcurrant and cinnamon spice, along with cocoa and mulberry.
