Les Caves de Richemer lies between the Mediterranean Sea and Étang de Thau lagoons on the coast of the Southern Languedoc. This cooperative winery oversees 1,000 hectares of vines in Hérault, all managed sustainably.
Pale lemon in colour. The nose displays vibrant citrus and white floral aromas. On the palate there is a lively acidity and a saline minerality on the finish.
Shellfish, white fish, and warm meat salads are all great matches – a nicoise salad or pistachio crusted salmon work particularly well. Delicate cheeses that have no rind, such as ricotta and mozzarella pair beautifully.
