Fog Mountain sources grapes from vineyards growing on Californian mountain ranges which benefit from the cooling fog which envelopes them, prolonging the growing season and allowing the grapes to ripen perfectly at an ideal pace. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from warm sites in Lodi and Paso Robles, and spend some time in oak. Rich black currant and plum is complemented by soft tannins and a long finish, with spicy oak notes.
