Domaine Joel Delaunay is situated on the bank of the Cher River, 50km east of Tours – very near Château de Chenonceau.
Wonderful pale salmon pink colour, with red berries and white flowers on the nose. The palate is intense, fruity with a slight note of white pepper, and the finish is vibrant and intense.
Super with grilled sardines or other oily fish, a ratatouille, and any mild goat’s cheese.
