It’s hard to find Sauvignon Blanc grown this far south (in the Northern Hemisphere), but the vineyards benefit from cooling Mediterranean sea breezes.?? It is pure, fresh and aromatic, with delicate elderflower notes on the nose, and apple, lemon and stonefruit on the palage.?? Medium bodied with a long crisp finish.

The Baron de Badassière range comes from the Picpoul region of the Languedoc.It’s a really top class range of wine made by??Kiwi winemaker Graeme Paul, at the Cave de Pomérols co-op.
