Domaine Corsin has established an excellent reputation for making wines in Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé since 1864.
Shiny pale gold in colour with green tints. The bouquet is fine and delicate, with fresh fruit aromas and a touch of stony minerality. The palate is full and complex, with a harmonious balance of fruitiness, minerality and fresh acidity.
I find a creamy risotto is a great match for this wine. Fish and roast poultry of any kind also work beautifully. Morbier is a classic cheese pairing.
