Medium pink in colour, with fresh aromas of strawberries and candied raspberries. On the palate it is fresh, with lively acidity and structured berry fruits. The finish is clean and crisp.
Mainly Tempranillo with just 10% of Garnacha ensures this is a structured foody wine: perfect with grilled red mullet, and the Mahón cow’s milk cheese.
