The wine is pale lemon in colour, with a glorious array of peach, apple, citrus and tropical fruit aromas. On the palate it is crisp and fresh, with tropical fruit (it’s mainly the Viura grape variety with small amounts of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc), great acidity, and a crisp dry finish.
Lovely with a fish pie, and the Sharpham’s goat’s milk brie.
Also available in half bottle.
