This wine displays juicy acid and depth of flavour including white flowers and citrus. The palate is long, with good mid-palate texture and striking natural acidity to balance the intensity of flavour.
A wine that may be enjoyed my meat eaters and fish lovers alike, complimenting dishes such as grilled chicken with a savoury cream sauce, as well as pasta and clams. Also lovely with brie or fresh goats cheese.
