Wonderful aromatics of ripe stonefruit, gorgeous, intense tropical fruit and succulence on the palate and a lengthy, rich finish. Think top class Condrieu style with some new world ripeness and at perfect maturity and a third of the price.
This would pair brilliantly with grilled red mullet with a spicy harissa sauce. Also perfect with a washed rind cheese such as Puzzone di Moena from Alto Adige.
