Champagne winemaker Claude Baron, helped by his three daughters, has worked for over 30 years to develop the family Champagne House. The Champagnes are produced from grapes that come from vineyards in the heart of the Marne Valley.
This vintage Champagne, mostly produced from Chardonnay, is fine and delicate – a delight for the taste buds. It drinks beautifully with roast duck, game and mushroom dishes.
