The wine is pale lemon in colour, with intense citrus and tropical fruit on the nose. Zesty pineapple and grapefruit on the palate with lovely balancing acidity.
Super with some Brie, and spicy food – how about a stir fry with lots of chilli, or prawns fried in garlic.
The fruit is sourced from the Curicó Valley, where the Mediterranean climate delivers a riper more tropical style, still with lovely freshness.
