Light yellow in colour, this elegant wine has aromas of lime and grapefruit and a wonderful weight on the palate, that indicates it will be able to develop over time. Lovely acidity, a perfect match for smoked salmon and a creamy cheese like Wigmore from Berkshire.
The Hunawihr co-op’s flagship wine comes from a vineyards between Ribeauville and Riquewihr. The vines are on average 35 years old.
