2 x Vigneti del Vulture `Pipoli` Bianco 2022 – Top 100 The Wine Merchant Top 100 Awards 2023
Made from a blend of Greco and Fiano, this wine is yellow in colour with green reflections. There are intense tropical fruit notes with hints of white pulp fruit, underlined throughout by a good acidity that enhances the wine’s freshness.
2 x Chardonnay Trinity Hill, Hawkes Bay 2021 – Silver Medal Winner DWWA 2023
This harmonious wine has benefitted from time in oak barrels, on the fine lees (remnants of grapes and yeast after fermentation) that are stirred to ensure it develops a rich smooth flavour. A creamy, buttery nose with a refreshing palate of citrus and tropical fruit, it has a long finish and smooth texture.

Intense garnet in colour, on the nose there are aromas of bright red fruits and vanilla and spice. Ripe red fruit with earthy gamey flavours, beautifully concentrated and balanced with a long lasting finish. A really well made, harmonious wine.
2 x `Callabriga` Douro Tinto Casa Ferreirinha 2020 – Portuguese Red Trophy IWC 2023, Douro Red Trophy IWC 2023
Deep ruby in colour with an intense and complex nose of ripe red and black fruits with floral nuances and hints of tobacco and spice. On the palate, it has a lively acidity, firm but velvety tannins and a lovely spiciness on the long and harmonious finish.
2 x The Gimblett (Bordeaux Blend) Gimblett Gravels Trinity Hill 2021 – Gold Medal IWC 2023
This is a fabulous expression of the Cabernet grapes that make up the majority of the blend (Sauvignon 42%, Franc 41%) – violets, blackcurrant, bramble, capsicum, pencil shavings, while Merlot (14%) rounds it out and softens the tannins. 4% Malbec and 16 months in French barriques complete the authentic Bordeaux approach.

Fragrant aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, blueberry and plum with hints of bay leaf, sage, black pepper and nutmeg. The palate is juicy, rich and textured with spicy berry fruits, well balanced by fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins for a long, elegant finish.
