The Clos des Trois Sources vineyard is located in Rognes near Aix-en-Provence and has been cultivated organically since 1995. Like Château Beaulieu, it is owned by Pierre Guénant and run in the same meticulous manner.
Clos des Trois Sources is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle. Delicate pale pink in colour, the nose is characterised by fragrant aromas of fresh red berries, yellow peach and white flowers, underpinned by subtle hints of sweet spice. On the palate, a fresh and vibrant acidity carries flavours of wild strawberries and aniseed onto the crisp finish.
A great match to any grilled or bbq’d fish and/or vegetables and to summer salads.
