Domaine Tollot-Beaut was set up by the Tollot family in the 1930s. Nathalie Tollot, who runs the property with her uncles and cousins, is winemaker and her wines are amongst the most consistent in Burgundy.
Made from a well-situated six-hectare south-facing vineyard, this is an expressive wine, with classic red cherry notes and floral aromas. The palate is lean and racy with fine, velvety tannins.
A rack of lamb followed by a Delices de Bourgogne cheese would be just right with this wine.
