Teddington Wine Society - Chile update @ Landmark Arts Centre

Easily the most dynamic of the South American wine producing countries, with its extraordinary range of terroir, influenced by desert, mountains and ocean.

Chile’s winemakers are in the incredibly fortunate position of being able to experiment with a wide range of grape varieties and locations.  Not a year seems to go by without the discovery of some new valley or exciting new microclimate.

We will focus on a range of established and up and coming winemakers and fabulous array of grape varieties and styles.

Tim Syrad, who has 25 years experience of running wine tastings, runs Teddington Wine Society, which meets at on the final Friday of the month in the Bell Room at the Landmark Centre.  Tim is a fervent advocate that wine is to be enjoyed without snobbery. Whether you are a complete novice or an experienced taster, there will be plenty to learn and enjoy.  Tim also runs the monthly Richmond Wine Society and hosts fine wine tastings and dinners in local restaurants.
