I am taking inspiration from the fabulous food we have enjoyed on our wine tours to Sicily, Slovenia, Provence and northern Spain this Spring.
All washed down of course with an eclectic, summer oriented, selection of wines from the Old and New Worlds.
Fine wine tasting dinners are hosted by Tim Syrad, who has 25 years experience of running wine tastings, and also runs the monthly Richmond and Teddington Wine Societies. He is a fervent advocate that wine is to be enjoyed without snobbery.
