 t times change and Bordeaux has increasingly been challenged by new region
 s with more reliable climates\, while becoming a victim of its own success
 \, producing more wine that it can sell.  The good news for us is that the
  Bordelais’ response to these headwinds has been to focus on quality and b
 etter value for money\, and whether white\, rosé\, sparkling or red\, they
